Run your whole service business from your phone.

Calls answered by AI. Jobs on a live map. Quotes, invoices and customer texts in one app built for the truck, not the desk.

ampdIQ is in development. It grew out of a dispatch app that already runs a real Michigan service company every day.

Most service businesses run on five tools that don't talk to each other.

Sticky notes, a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, an invoice app and a voicemail box full of jobs you didn't get. ampdIQ puts the phone, the schedule, the map, the customers and the money in one place.

  • Never miss the call that pays the bills
  • Know where every truck is
  • Send the invoice before you leave the driveway
  • Give your crew their jobs, not your numbers

What changes when the business runs on ampdIQ

More booked jobs

The AI receptionist and missed-call text-back catch the calls that used to go to voicemail and then to someone else.

Less driving, more billing

Send the closest truck from a live map instead of guessing. More jobs fit in the same day.

Paid in days, not weeks

Invoices and pay links go out from the driveway, and reminders follow up on their own.

Fewer "where are you?" calls

On-the-way links let customers watch the truck coming, so your phone stays quiet.

A crew that runs without you

Techs have the address, notes and history on their phone. You stop being the bottleneck.

Your numbers stay yours

Helpers see their jobs. Not your prices, totals or customer list.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

All features

AI receptionist

Your phone gets answered. Even under a sink.

It picks up, talks like a person, gets the name, address and problem, and puts the call on your board as a job. You get a pop-up and a text with the details. You decide what to take.

For the office

One board for calls, the map and the calendar. Drag a job onto a truck and everyone's phone updates.

For the techs

Today's jobs, the address, the history and the photos in one place. Ask AI when stuck. Bill before leaving.

For your customers

A text back when they call, a live link when you're coming, an online quote to approve and an easy way to pay.

Built in a real truck, not a boardroom

ampdIQ started as the dispatch app for a Michigan sewer and drain company. It answers their calls, runs their map and sends their invoices every day. Now we're turning it into one platform for every home-service trade.

Questions

Can I use ampdIQ today?

Not yet. ampdIQ is in development. It grew out of a dispatch app that already runs a real Michigan service company every day, and we're building it into one platform for every home-service trade.

How much will it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. When it is, it'll be on this site.

What phones does it work on?

Any modern phone, tablet or computer, in the browser. Add it to your home screen and it works like an app, including offline.

Can I bring my customers over?

Yes. Import your customer list from a CSV spreadsheet, which most other apps and Excel can export.

Is it only for big companies?

No. It's built for owner-operators and small crews first, the kind of business where the owner is also on the tools.

Is my data separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company's data is walled off. Only your team can see your customers, jobs and photos.
