AI receptionist

The receptionist that never takes a day off

It picks up, talks like a person, gets the name, address and problem, and puts the call on your board as a job. You get a pop-up and a text with the details. You decide what to take.

The problem

The phone rings while your hands are full. It goes to voicemail, the caller hangs up and calls the next company, and the job you never knew about goes to someone else. On a busy day that can happen again and again.

How it works

01

Your phone rings first

Every call to your business number rings your phone and pops the caller up in the app, so you see who it is.

02

The AI picks up if you can't

Under a sink, on a roof, after hours: the AI answers in your company's name, finds out what's wrong and how urgent it is, and gets their address and callback number.

03

You get the job, not a voicemail

The call becomes a job on your board with a summary and transcript. Your phone buzzes. You decide what to take.

What it does for your business

Stop losing jobs to voicemail

Most callers won't leave a message. They'll call the next company. Now every one of them talks to someone.

Answer 24/7 without hiring

Nights, weekends and busy mornings are covered without a full-time receptionist or an answering service.

Stay on the job

Finish the work in front of you. The details are waiting on your board when you come up for air.

Know who's urgent

Every call is tagged with what's wrong and how urgent it is, so emergencies get handled first.

A record of every call

Call summaries and transcripts live on the customer, so nobody has to remember what was said.

Sounds like your business

It answers in your company's name and talks like a helpful person, not a phone menu.

Questions

Does it sound like a robot?

No. It talks naturally, asks the questions you'd ask, and keeps it short. If someone asks whether it's an AI, it says so.

Do I still get to answer my own calls?

Yes. Calls ring your phone first. The AI only picks up the ones you don't get to.

What happens after the call?

The caller is saved as a customer, and a "call back" job lands on your board with the name, number, address, the problem and how urgent it is. Your phone buzzes with the details, and the call summary and transcript are saved on the customer.

Will it book jobs or quote prices?

No. It takes the details and leaves the decisions to you: who goes, when, and what it costs.

Does it use my number?

Your business line forwards unanswered calls to your ampdIQ business number, and the AI answers there. Texts go out from that business number too.

What if the AI can't take the call?

The caller gets a text back right away, and a "missed call" job goes on your board so nobody forgets to call back.
